    Alexey Tsyplakov
    CEO

    Alexey Tsyplakov held the position of Deputy CEO, Chief Financial Officer at United Wagon Company from 2012 to 2019.

    Prior to this, he was Director of Strategic Investments and Planning at Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he helped to implement projects in metallurgy, power engineering, oil and gas, and other sectors.

    Alexey Tsyplakov holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in management from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University, as well as an MBA from the INSEAD business school (all with distinction).

    Vladimir Sosipatorov
    Managing Director

    Vladimir has over 20 years of experience in the rail transportation sector. He has worked for the Centre for Corporate Transportation Service of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation, and subsequently for RZD. He participated in the reform of the railway sector and the formation of the rolling stock operators, which were the sector’s first private companies.

    From 2007 to 2013 he worked for Freight One as deputy general director of commerce.

    Since 2014 he has served as an expert on a number of committees of the Consumer Council on Operations of Russian Railways and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates. In 2018 he was elected as a member of the presidium of the SRO Soyuz Operatorov Zheleznodorozhnogo Transporta (Union of Railway Transport Operators, SOZhT).

    He finished his studies at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Offshore and Oil and Gas Facilities. He received a second higher education qualification in Law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

    From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Losev served as Deputy General Director of Technological Development of United Wagon Company (UWC). He previously headed the rolling stock operation department of Freight One. He started his career at the West-Siberian Railways in 1993, working his way up from a car inspector to a head of rolling stock department. From 2008 to 2012 he headed the rolling stock department of Russian Railways and also held senior positions at the Organzation for Co-operation between railways (OSJD) and the Council for Rail Transport Committee of CIS and Baltic states.

    Mr. Losev holds the senior positions at non-profit organizations both of Union of Industries of Railway Equipment and of Association of Steel Industry Enterprises. He is a member of Expert Council of Transport Engineering for Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Business of the State Duma. Also Dmitry is a member of Committee for Railway Infrastructure and Rolling Stock Operation of Consumer Council on Operations of Russian Railways and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

    Dmitry graduated from Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Transportation Engineers and the Omsk State Transport University with degree in «Railcars» speciality, has a PhD in Technical Sciences.

    From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Bogdanov served as CEO of Nitrokhimprom and also as Deputy General Director of Finance of PTK-Holding since 2017. He previously worked for VNIIZHT as Deputy General Director of Economic Security. From 2006 to 2013 he held the leading positions at Brunswick Rail, worked his way up from Head of Business Development to Deputy CEO/Managing Director.

    Sergey previously worked for Commercial Transport Systems, guided a project of Tikhvin Freight Car Buiding Plant construction. From 2001 to 2005 he worked for Ernst&Young as auditor and analyst, guided the projects of Ministry of Transport and Russian Railways.

    Мr. Bogdanov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a bachelor\s degree and MA in Economics.

    From 2012 to 2018 Irina worked as Chief Accountant and Head of Accounting and Tax Assessment at United Wagon Company. Earlier she worked as Deputy Chief Accountant at UniCredit Leasing.

    From 2005 she worked as Head Accountant at Brunswick Rail.

    Irina graduated from the Tsiolkovsky Russian State Technological University with a degree in Management, receiving a distinction.

    Previously Mr. Filin served as Deputy CEO, Relations with Public Authorities and Institutions of United Wagon Company (UWC). Earlier was a Strategy Director – Head of Strategic Development and Investments Department ITS Consulting and Integrated Transport Systems. Before that he worked as Scientific Secretary of Joint Scientific Council at Russian Railways, which activity is to form the priorities of R&D in the field of railway transport; he headed the Department of Investment Development Strategy and Scientific and Technical Policy at Russian Railways. Alexander was a member of Boards of Directors of RZD subsidiaries and affiliates; held senior positions in leasing companies CB ERGOBANK, the group Siberian Aluminum. Alexander is an Executive Director of the Nonprofit Partnership Association of Steel Industry Enterprises. He is a member of Boards of Directors of NTTS Inzhetrans, the collaborating center of Association of Railcar Users and Manufacturers and the Skolkovo Foundation.

    Alexander graduated with honours from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a degree in “Economy – commerce”. In 2010 he received MBA degree in Plekhanov Russian University of Economics according to the programme “Corporate Management and Reengineering of Business Processes”. In 2008 he was awarded a diploma of the State University – the Higher School of Economics on the programme “Corporate Director”. Alexander holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in “Economy and management of the national economy (economy, the organization and management of enterprises, industries and complexes – transport)”. He is an associate professor of academic department of Russian University of Transport (MIIT).

    Olga Malysheva

    From 2012 to 2018 Olga Malysheva was with United Wagon Company, where she worked her way up from head of the Russian law department to director of compliance and corporate governance. She was responsible for protecting the legal interests of the company, corporate governance, mandatory disclosure of information, transaction support and issuance of securities, and overseeing legal due diligence processes. In 2018 she joined the Moscow Exchange Share Issuers Committee.

    Оlga previously worked as legal advisor to Evro-Proekt, where she was in charge of contracts and litigation, protected intellectual property rights, and supervised investment operations. From 2001 to 2006 she worked at major consulting companies (PwC, EY) and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.

    Olga Malysheva studied Financial Management at the State University of Management, graduating with distinction, and received a second higher education qualification in Law from the Higher School of Economics. In 2010 she was awarded a certificate of achievement as one of the top 100 lawyers working in Russian companies (a nationwide legal award).

    Leads the sales department and is involved in the development of the RZD – Shipper – Operator triple technologies, as well as expanding the company's presence in the rail transportation market.

    From 2002 to 2013, Pavel worked for operators Lokotrans, RVD-Servis and Freight One, where he was involved in arranging the transportation of various forms of freight using most types of commercial rolling stock.

    He holds a higher education qualification in Economics and Enterprise Management.

    Tatyana Samovolnova

    Joined Vostok1520 in 2014.

    Tatyana has 20 years of experience in the railway sector. She began her career at the Centre for Corporate Transportation Service of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation. She oversaw the implementation of a flexible tariff policy for cooperation with shippers, implementing the first stage of unification of railway tariffs for the transportation of imported and exported goods. She has been acknowledged and commended for her initiative, high level of preparation and implementation of key measures.

    Since the creation and formation in 2003 of the major railway operators – New Forwarding Company and Freight One – she has worked in various positions in the commercial, finance and logistics departments of these organizations. She was involved in dealing with clients, creating and monitoring income plans for the companies' core activities, and in analytical support work for key management decisions.

    Tatyana graduated with honours from the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) with a degree in Railway Transport Economics and Management.

    From 2014 to 2018 Mr. Tsyganov served as Head of ananlysuis and research in United Wagon Company (UWC). Prior to that, Andrey worked at the leasing company Brunswick Rail where he was responsible for marketing, PR and analytics.

    Mr. Tsyganov graduated from Tver State University with a degree in marketing, served internship at Philipps Universität (Germany).

    From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Zdanevich served as CIO of United Wagon Company (UWC).Prior to that he headed IT Department at RAIL1520. Previously, he had occupied the post of Chief Automatics Designer at Brunswick Rail, a leasing company, where he supervised ERP integration. Also Alexander worked at IT departments of such major companies as Commercial Bank Renaissance Credit, Europlan.

    Мr. Zdanevich graduated from the Limend River Command College with the degree in Operation of Ship Electrical and Automatic Equipment.

    Joined Vostok1520 in July 2017.

    Elizaveta joined Freight One in 2008, where she was involved in marketing, tariff policy, transport optimization, streamlining workflow, and collaborating with state regulatory bodies and RZD. She worked her way up from head of her department to deputy head of logistics and planning.

    She worked for RZD from 1999 to 2008. She played a role in the streamlining of tariff policy, helping to develop Price List No. 10-01, indexing tariffs for freight shipping. She was awarded a certificate of merit by the president of RZD.

    Elizaveta graduated with honours from the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

    Joined Vostok1520 in April 2015.

    Olga joined RN-Bunker, a daughter company of PJSC NK Rosneft, in 2008 where she held the position of deputy general director of economics and finance. Her areas of responsibility included preparing a business plan and budget for the movement of means of payment, monitoring and analyzing the outcomes of operations and financial activities, automating the planning and accounting divisions, and integrating software products (SAP R3, AIS TPS, 1C-EK).

    From 2001 she held the position of head of the accounting department for trade and transport operations at OOO Yukos-FBTs.

    She graduated with honours from the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University with a degree in Road Transport Economics and Management. She has a PhD in Economics. In 2000 she received the Chief Accountant: Expert (Consultant) qualification, and in 2012, she earned a diploma from the Higher Foreign Languages courses with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

    Joined the Vostok1520 team in 2013 and is responsible for providing legal support for the operator's activities. In 2007 Khimchenko was made deputy head of Freight One's legal department. Starting in 1999, he worked in various positions at the Ministry of Railways, RZD, Delo Group, and the Railway Research Institute (VNIIZhT).

    Maksim graduated from the Academy of Labour and Social Relations with a degree in Jurisprudence.

    Mikhail leads the dispatch division and is involved in the creation of technical routes, as well as organizing the supply of cars to shippers.

    He has over 15 years of experience in railway transportation. He worked for Moscow Railway, and subsequently for various rolling stock operators.

    Мikhail graduated from Russian University of Transport (MIIT) with a degree in Shipping Arrangement and Transport Management.
